Return Policy for physical copies of SATW. We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery, provided the following conditions are met: The book must be unused, unread, and in its original condition. The book must be returned in its original packaging, when possible. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or was shipped incorrectly. Books that show any signs of damage, wear, or use are not eligible for return or refund. This includes, but is not limited to: Torn, bent, or creased pages Scratches, scuffs, or marks on the cover Water damage or stains Writing, highlighting, or other alterations Any other damage that prevents the book from being resold as new If your order arrives damaged during shipping or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the packaging and the book.
